My Signed Book Collection (Part 2)

Hey guys!

Sorry for the delay in posting, I promise I’m going to be back on my regular schedule in Novemeber. October has been crazy busy for me, and I’ve really missed posting multiple times a week. Also, I don’t think I’ve mentioned this yet, but I officially bought the domain bookwishblog.com! Wooo! I feel so professional now.

ANYWAYS, today I’m continuing my Signed Book Collection series. I got so many signed books at BookCon @ NYCC, so I’m going to be doing quite a few more of these posts. I’m also going to be doing a haul with all of the books I got there, either as a video or in another post.

I hope you spot some of your favorites, and stay tuned for Part 3!

The Last of August by Brittany Cavallaro

“For Sophie, the game is afoot!”

I had a lot of fun talking to Brittany (she’s so cute!!) and I’m so excited to read this series. You can read about my experience meeting her at BookCon @ NYCC here!

A Study in Charlotte by Brittany Cavallaro

“For Sophie, the game is afoot!”

Once again, You can read about my BookCon @ NYCC here!

The Female of the Species by Mindy McGinnis

“Sophie – Trust your instincts!”

Mindy is freaking hilarious. She told us about how she really wanted this book to be banned and it’s supposedly very dark. (BookCon @ NYCC)

A Gathering of Shadows by V.E. Schwab

Victoria is an absolute sweetheart. I loved talking about my writing with her because I’ve heard (yes I know I still haven’t read this series!!) she is the queen of fantasy. (BookCon @ NYCC)

A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab

I seriously need to read this series already. (BookCon @ NYCC)

The Bear and the Nightingale by Katharine Arden

“To Sophie, NYCC ’16”

This book sounds fantastic- it’s a retelling of Russian folklore. Katharine was really nice, as well. (BookCon @ NYCC)

Shadow Run by Michael Miller and Adrianne Strickland

“Sophie – Keep Running!”

This sci-fi book comes out in March 2017, and it sounds really awesome. I only met Adrianne Strickland, but she was super nice. (BookCon @ NYCC)

Replica by Lauren Oliver

“For Sophie – Thanks for being so awesome – good luck with your own writing!”

“For Sophie – I can’t wait to see your own books on the bestseller list someday!”

This shows what a kind and genuine person Lauren is. I love her so much, and I love her books, too. I met her a few years ago and now I have 7 book signed by her. Before I Fall is one of my 2 favorite books of all time (along with The Lunar Chronicles) so meeting her was an amazing experience. (BookCon @ NYCC)
