Books by the Season: Fall

Hey guys!

Today I’m going to be recommending my favorite books to read in the fall. Fall is the time of going back to school, thankgiving, and of course, Halloween. Within the next few days I’m going to be posting some other books for Winter, Spring, and Summer, so stay tuned!

Wake the Hollow by Gaby Triana

This book takes place in Sleepy Hollow and it’s perfect to read around Halloween. The setting is eerie and creepy, and the book contains crazy plot twists. You can read my review of it here.

A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas

I finally read it guys, and it totally lived up to my expectations. If you’re one of the few yet to read ACOTAR, what are you doing?! Go read it! Obviously this has to go on this list because Feyre lives in the Autumn Court.

Winning by Lara Deloza

This book is all about homecoming, which takes place in the fall. It was so exciting, and the main character, Alexandra, was such an interesting anti-hero.

Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead

On Halloween you’re going to be seeing plenty of people dressed up as vampires, so why not prepare yourself by reading the best YA vampire series? As cheesy as the covers and title make it look, this series is no Twilight. It’s filled with amazing characters and friendships, and a ton of cliffhangers (book three ahh).

The Diviners by Libba Bray

7728889

Goodreads | Amazon

Get some Halloween costume inspo from this gorgeous book about people with mysterious supernatural powers, set in the 1920s. Evie, the main character, finds out her supernatural gift could help catch a serial killer who is running rampant in the city, killing people and leaving mysterious marks on their bodies.

What’s your favorite type of book to read in the fall?

xx,

Sophie
